Confidential Settlement – A young girl was molested at a private day care center by a janitor near Orlando. She had significant learning disabilities and was unable to identify the molester. He was found not guilty in the criminal trial. After a complex investigation, we obtained the 911 tape where another teacher called the police to report that she observed the janitor molesting our client in the utility closet.
Confidential Settlement – A 7 year old child was molested by her neighbor in a mobile home park in Central Florida. Our investigation revealed that the park advertised that they did background checks on all residents. We found that they pocketed the background money and never actually performed the checks. The molester had been arrested for molesting his own children prior to the incident with our client.

Confidential Settlement – A man was shot and killed by an unknown assailant while sitting in his car at a gas station in Plantation, FL. Our investigation revealed that this was a high crime area and the gas station had no security on the property.
$100,000.00 policy limit – An underage female was molested over a period of years by a family friend on the west coast of Florida. Our investigation found that the molester’s parents, also household residents, knew that the molester had a prior conviction for molesting another young girl. We argued that they had a duty to warn our client of this dangerous molester living in their house and should have protected her. The insurance company settled for the entire policy limit within 15 days of receiving our demand package.
Confidential Settlement – Our client went to purchase a car from an Ocala, FL car dealership when the salesperson tried to fondle her and grabbed her thigh. His gold coated jewelry left a mark on our client’s leg. Our investigation revealed that the same salesperson had been charged with fondling another customer just one year prior to this incident, yet he was allowed to continue his employment. The car dealership settled this case within two months of negotiations.
Confidential Settlement – After being molested by a priest, we were able to obtain a significant settlement offer for our client, just 6 years old. After the church found out about the molestation, they put our client in a church-sponsored counseling group which happened to be run by the priest who fondled our client. The case was settled within 30 days of learning this information.
